Aw man! Sometimes an item just isn't what you thought it would be. We get it. Please see the following guidelines.

• Orders can be returned within one week of delivery in their original condition.

• Customer must pay the return shipping.

• Items with custom engraving/carving are not eligible for return.

Most of our items are hand crafted - made to order.

Orders are typically shipped in 2-3 days unless otherwise stated. Special orders- those with additional customization- will take longer.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
